Most brokerage firms represent both tenants and landlords. That creates an inherent and irreconcilable conflict of interest. A real estate advisor must be committed either to obtaining the best economic deals for tenants, or advancing the financial interests of landlords. Not both.

2. We hire from the neck up.
We have assembled an extraordinary team of creative real estate professionals with strong analytical abilities, keen negotiating skills and uncompromising ethics. Among our staff:

  • Two principals are former real estate partners in one of the country’s largest and most prestigious law firms.
  • Our third is a former White House senior analyst in the Office of Management and Budget.
  • Most of our licensed brokers hold law degrees or MBA’s.
  • Many of our staff members are former real estate attorneys.

We believe it takes smart people to understand our clients’ businesses, and we have invested heavily in assembling an outstanding team to help you with your real estate challenges.

3. We practice a collaborative approach.
We make the resources of our entire company available to every client on every matter. Our regular “all hands” white-boarding and brainstorming sessions ensure that every alternative for your real estate requirement is fully vetted.

While most national brokerage firms provide impressive transaction lists and case studies, you have no guarantee that your individual broker has had any connection to or direct experience on those deals. Our team of Tactix professionals has worked together on millions of square feet of transactions throughout the United States and are all available to ensure the best outcome for your business.

4. Our ownership structure aligns our interests with yours.
In every transaction, there comes a point when you ask your broker, “Is it time to close?”

You should never have to question the motivation behind your advisor’s recommendation. As a closely held firm, we are not burdened by annual sales quotas imposed on us by corporate headquarters. Our deals close when it is in the best interest of the client. We are not influenced by outside financial commitments that can lead to poor results for our clients.
