 William Pasquale joined Tactix with over 10 years experience in advising commercial tenants requiring regional, national and international multi-market commercial real estate services. Previously, William was Vice President of Global Client Solutions at Realogy Corporation. While at Realogy, William worked with a variety of companies and institutions including the United States Postal Service, Kellogg’s Corporation, PHH Mortgage and Apollo Management in Europe. William’s background also includes working for United Systems Integrators (USI) where he assisted with the management of the 2 million square foot portfolio of GMAC Residential Mortgage (GMAC) and was responsible for the management, project planning, and execution of a large volume of real estate transactions while on-site at GMAC. William was then promoted to Vice President where he was responsible for local transaction assignments Southeastern Pennsylvania for USI as well as the securing of new global accounts in the Delaware Valley, Ohio Valley, and Mid-West regions of the United States. William is a suburban Philadelphia native and started his career working as a commercial real estate broker in the Delaware Valley representing tenants including AppTec, Artemis, Pharmedica Communications and Sovereign Environmental Services. William received his BA at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He has been a member of CoreNet Global and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
