 Ben Elderkin has broad experience with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Before joining Tactix in 2011, Ben worked as an Assistant Director with the Philadelphia office of Studley and as an intern with GVA Thompson, Hennessey, Doyle, and Stevens in Boston.
Ben has a B.A. from Penn State University and has a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated on Urban Planning. His research at Penn include-mixed use projects including adaptive re-use projects in Philadelphia and the efficacy of tax increment financing in urban development.
When he is not working, Ben enjoys snowboarding in Colorado, eBay, architecture, and surfing.
