A diversified real estate professional, Mr. Kelley brings with him a wide range of experience garnered over twenty seven years in the industry. He has maintained involvement in the areas real estate market in various capacities over the years, served as Director for the Brokerage Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, he served as the President of the Commercial Division at Binswanger, he was a partner at KOR Commercial Real Estate before starting at Tactix Real Estate Advisors.
Over his career Mr. Kelley has been engaged on an exclusive basis to represent institutions and companies such as Abington Hospital, LaSalle University, Willow Financial Bank, PNC Bank, Alvarez Marsal, Select Medical Corporation, New York Life and Merrill Lynch as well as representing major international clients such as Ikea, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
He also handled the acquisition of assets for several regional owners including Korman CRE and O’Neill Properties Group Mr. Kelley has worked with tenants such as Merck, GE Capital, Chase Bank, and Prudential. For nearly a decade Mr. Kelley had been exclusively engaged to develop and implement strategic planning and transaction management for NovaCare Rehabilitation Services, with 1,000 rehabilitation clinics throughout the country.
Mr. Kelley concentrated in both Marketing and Urban Planning at Temple University, and has remains actively involved in the community. Mr. Kelley continually lends his expertise to a number of charitable organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Police Athletic League (“PAL”), Cuddle My Kids an organization which provides in home child care services for parents who are undergoing treatment for cancer. He serves on the Cardinal’s Cabinet at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia overseeing the Archdiocese’s real estate portfolio. Mr. Kelley completed the Lake Placid Ironman Triathlon in 2010 raising dollars for ALS research.
