 Derek has over 10 years of experience in managing complex leasing projects. Prior to the formation of Tactix in 1997, Derek worked with Sal Ambrosio and Jud Wambold at Julien J. Studley, Inc. He joined Sal and Jud in their new venture. As an integral part of Tactix national accounts, Derek has worked on over 50 transactions outside of the Philadelphia region, from Montreal to Honolulu. He has served as project leader for several of Concord EFS’ requirements (now First Data/KKR) and leads a number of projects for an industry leading CRO, including office, clinical and laboratory requirements. Derek has also worked extensively on many of our regional accounts, including TIAA-CREF, The John Templeton Foundation, Saul Ewing, Post & Schell, and the world headquarters projects for Sunoco, Day & Zimmermann, FMC and Kulicke & Soffa.
Derek graduated summa cum laude from Temple University and went on to receive his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association; Real Property Section, the Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia, the Irish American Business Chamber & Network and the Young Professionals Network of Philadelphia.
